Freezer Slab /Cylinder?

Freezer Slab /Cylinder?

In the Sous Vide Recipes Forum
On my Food Ruler there are different times for Freezer slab and Freezer Cylinder - I'm not sure what the difference is, especially as typically the cylinder cooking times are quite a lot less?

I general a slab is anything like a steak or rectangular piece of meat. A cylinder would be rounder things like a roast or tenderloin.
